The irritating thing about hating on the Star Wars prequels is that I want to spend forever singling out all the inconsistencies about them and everything that’s annoying in them, but I don’t have forever.

I never came up with that joke, by the way; it was my dad. It’s an official “Dad Joke”.

I sit here with some friends, listening to one of them playing stupid iPhone games. It makes me want to play Fruit Ninja…

Anyway, I watched “Next”, and so I figured I’d make a bunch of clairvoyance jokes. Then I figured I shouldn’t and realised that is a much, much better option.

Tonight’s Minicast is a good example of how I really wish I had more time to write these. I mean, I push things as much as possible already, but I had what I think is a good idea of a way to present the Minicast today, but with the small amount of time I had to write anything on it, it came out not as great as I’d imagined it could have been.

Anyway, I did a cooking show on the Minicast, but with a movie! But don’t let the ending deceive you: I’m not doing an Oscar bait movie tomorrow. I just thought it’d be a nice way to end it.

Mostly because of the Gonzo Movie Reviews of the Toy Story movies, I watched “Toy Story 2″ tonight. I might have been forcing myself to be harsher on it than it deserved, but it’s always been my least favourite of the Toy Story movies, to be honest.

Man, I’ve really been big on superhero movies lately. I guess I’m just kinda hoping to put off watching Inception for as long as I can, since it’d be a challenge to say too much about it, I think.

Or maybe it’s because it doesn’t take that much thought to talk about a superhero movie, which is helpful, since I’m back at my class for the second year.

*sigh* Man, I got offered extra hours at work today, but I turned it down because of this…

Apparently there’s some big sports thing going on in America. I only know this because nobody on Twitter would shut the fuck up about it. I spent most of my day playing Battleheart, which I’d probably say is equally exciting as far as I care.

But then it finally came to the evening and I could watch a movie! I actually enjoyed this one so much I forgot to even go get dinner.

Hey, I watched one movie new to me last month and this month I’ve watched another movie that I haven’t seen before; maybe I should just do this once a month!

Let’s get it written down that anything I say about a movie in the title of the post is not to be taken seriously. It’s just a twist on a quote from the film.

In the last few weeks, my left pinky finger’s been getting these really odd spasms; I feel like I have to hit the keys with it for a short time before I can continue typing. Makes a daily thing that involves writing kinda hard, really.

I told myself to let the Pixar movies be spaced out over a longer period and I keep disobeying my instructions. I should get some Dreamworks movies on my computer for when I want to watch an animated movie so I can be hating on it.

I actually wish I had talked about quite a lot of different stuff in this Minicast, but I hardly have the time to get that much out about it. Plus, the more that I write, the longer it takes to write it and the longer it takes to then record and edit.

So it’s not as short as other ones, but not as long as I’d liked to have gotten it to, but today’s Minicast, on “Ratatouille”, is available to listen to. Hey, there it is right there!
